Jim has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors in communications management, marketing strategy and implementation, research, professional writing and facilitating organisational improvement projects.
Jim is an accomplished presenter and trainer and has frequently presented at state and national conferences.
Jim holds a Degree in Economics and postgraduate qualifications in Management and Applied Finance. While working at IBM he also completed an Executive Management Course at Harvard Business School, Cambridge.
Jim is also is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute and a CPM. (Certified Practicing Marketer).
Jane is a highly experienced senior manager and has 10 years + experience in executive roles in Local Government spanning the functional areas of corporate services and community development. Strong academic credentials underpin Jane’s industry experience as she holds a Degree in Economics and an MBA.
Jane has led many significant change projects in her career and is experienced in community engagement, change management, strategic planning, service reviews, facilitation and organisational governance.
Jane has undertaken extensive training in leadership over the course of her career and held long-term positions on the State and National Boards of the Local Government Professionals, the leading professional association for the local government sector. In 2017 Jane was awarded the "Outstanding Contribution to Local Government Award" by LG Professionals SA in recognition of her work in the sector.
Prior to Jane’s local government career, Jane worked as a management consultant specialising in strategic and business planning, marketing, market research and program evaluation.
